    Yes! We are always looking to add to our portfolio and demonstrate to you how we can improve your success as a rental owner.

  • What is your management fee?

    Our management fee is typically between 8-10%, depending on the number of rental units you have and what services you will need us to provide.

  • Where will my property be advertised?

    We list your rentals on high traffic sites often used by renters such as Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads, Dwellsy, RentalSource, and more. We also post your rentals on our website for potential or current renters to see.

  • How often will I receive distributions & how are they made?

    Owner's distributions will be sent out no later than the 15th of the month, and vary per contract and vary based on when your tenants pay their rent.

  • How do you screen your tenants?

    We take pride in our thorough screening process, looking at the tenants credit, background, rental history and income verification.

  • Can I login to an owner portal to view payments?

    Yes! We will provide an owner portal to you if you would like to view your payments through DoorLoop.
