  • How can I Schedule a Showing?

    Please fill out an application from the listing page in order to be considered for a showing.

  • Do you run background Checks?

    Yes, as part of our screening process, we will process your background checks from TransUnion that includes a criminal, eviction, and credit history. If you have any concerns about something that may appear on your background check, please discuss this with us prior to applying.

  • Do you require a security deposit?

    Yes. We require a security deposit, typically they will be the same as first month's rent.

  • Do you take holding deposits?

    Yes, we take holding deposits for every property, and the deposit is $500. It will hold the property for 30 days only.

  • Why should I rent with you?

    We are committed to providing fair, accurate information for every property. We strive to ensure that all requests and concerns are addressed in a fast, positive manner and exceed your expectations. We are a family business, and we take pride in our ability to adapt to your families' needs in a rental.

  • If something is broken, will you fix it?

    We will always fix everything that is in our responsibility as outlined in your lease agreement and state laws.

  • How often is rent due and how can I pay it?

    Rent is due on the 1st of every month and late after the 5th. We only accept payments through the doorloop tenant portal.

  • How do I access my tenant portal?

    The tenant portal is accessible as soon as we add you to the unit after accepting your application. You will receive an automated message and email with an invitation to sign up.
